TopLine Roofing replaced my client’s roof and gutter in Kirkland this April, and we had a great experience. Their team was professional, responsive, and completed the project on time. The workmanship was excellent, they kept the job site clean throughout the process, and the new roof looks fantastic. We had great service from Sam at Top Line Roof & Construction. We first hired him to chase and repair a leak in our comp roof. In that work he was able to inspect the aging shingles and worked with us to make a plan to replace the whole roof. Sam worked long days to get the roof replacement done including some sheeting replacement and did a great job managing his crew and a subcontractor. Sam was extremely quality conscious and left our yard spotless.  We use his company to do any annual checks and moss abatement. Above and beyond is an understatement for the service we’ve received from Sam at Top Line. He’s helped us in a couple of emergency roof situations that involved him toiling on our roof in the rain on a moment’s notice. Most recently, his specific knowledge and experience with our unique type of roof saved us time and money, and our roof looks beautiful! Sam is very responsive, prompt, and great at communicating when unexpected things come up. He recently refinished our laundry room and helped us choose good flooring options and walked through the whole process with us. When the old floor was torn up, he discovered that he needed to put in a new subfloor, and walked through the process and explained what needed to be done for a high quality finished product (including leveling cement). The new drywall, trim, and paint as well as reinstallation of washer/dryer, vanity, and toilet look great and very polished. The team was clean, considerate, and worked extra long hours to get this extra work done and now the laundry room is my favorite room in the house!
