24/7 Emergency Roof Repair Across the Eastside and Seattle

Water coming in? Call any hour, any day. We stop the water first, then trace the leak to its source and repair the cause.

Roofs rarely fail at a convenient time. A leak tends to show up in the middle of a long rain or a windstorm — at night, or on a weekend. Top Line takes emergency roof calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from our base in Kirkland.

We cover Bellevue, Redmond, Medina, Sammamish, Seattle and the rest of the Greater Eastside; the full list is on our service areas map.

What counts as a roof emergency

  • Water coming inside — through a ceiling, around a light fixture, a skylight or a chimney
  • Wind or storm damage — shingles, ridge caps or flashing lifted or torn off
  • A failed flashing or seal — at a chimney, a skylight, a wall line or a pipe boot, letting water in with every rain
  • Water over the roof edge — gutters overflowing back under the roof line

Not sure whether it can wait? Call and describe what you see.

What to do until we get there

  • Move furniture, electronics and rugs out of the way, and catch the drips in a bucket or a bin.
  • If water is reaching a light fixture, an outlet or the electrical panel, switch that circuit off at the breaker if you can do it safely, and stay clear of anything wet and powered.
  • If a ceiling is sagging with water, keep everyone out from under it.
  • Stay off the roof. A wet roof at night is dangerous — leave it to us.
  • Take photos of the damage inside and, from the ground, outside. Your insurer will ask for them.

Treat an active leak as urgent: water that gets past the roof soaks insulation, drywall and framing, and the longer it runs, the more there is to put right.

Stop the water first, then fix the cause

On an emergency call, the first job is to keep water out of the house. We can almost always do that with a temporary measure, even in heavy rain — and heavy rain is actually the best time to find a leak that comes and goes. The permanent repair is a separate step: we trace the leak to where the water really gets in — flashing, a valley, a pipe boot, a wall intersection or the gutter line — and fix that, not the stain on the ceiling. Depending on the material and the detail, the permanent repair may need a dry day.

OUR PROCESS

How an emergency call runs

01

Call any hour

Tell us where the water is showing up and when it started. Day or night, any day of the week.

02

Stop the water

We come out and put a temporary measure in place to keep water out while the weather is bad.

03

Trace and photograph

Attic first where we can get in, then the roof. We photograph what we find — the same photos your insurance adjuster will want.

04

Permanent repair, in writing

A written quote with the cause, the fix and the price. If the roof is finished and a repair would be throwing money at it, we say so.

EMERGENCY REPAIR FAQ

Emergency roof repair questions

Yes. Emergency roof repair is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (425) 200-7477 at any hour and we come out to stop the water.

Almost always. A temporary measure keeps the water out during the storm, and heavy rain is actually the best condition for finding a leak that only shows up some of the time. The permanent repair may need a dry window, depending on the material and the detail involved.

It depends on what failed and how much of the roof is affected, so every emergency is priced on what we actually find. The permanent repair always comes with a written quote — the cause, the fix and the price — and nothing is added later without your approval.

That depends on your policy and your insurer. What we do is document wind and storm damage thoroughly with photographs and provide a written scope your adjuster can work from. We do not file the claim on your behalf, but good documentation is usually what decides the outcome.

PREMIUM MATERIALS ONLY

Premium material only — even on an emergency repair

The part you stop seeing the day the job is finished is the part that decides how long it lasts.

Premium products, not builder grade

The permanent repair gets the same materials policy as a full replacement: new metal flashing rather than a bead of sealant over the old one, proper boots, and shingle matched to the roof it is going onto. Caulk over a failed flashing buys you one dry winter.

Installed the way the manufacturer specifies

Material warranties are conditional on installation. Get the fastener pattern, the flashing detail or the ventilation wrong and the coverage behind the product is gone. We install to the published specification, so the warranty you paid for stays intact.

The same standard on every service

Roofing, gutters, repairs, cleaning, new construction — same crew, same materials policy, same details, whether it is a full replacement or one flashing repair.
